Clachtoll Beach Campsite |
Clachtoll Beach Campsite is a touring caravan and camping site in Sutherland, North West Scotland. It is located 6 miles north of the village of Lochinver. As of 2007 the site offers 12 serviced pitches (water & electric hook-ups) along with the established tent areas. It is advised to book ahead at peak times for the serviced pitches.

Located on the way into the lovely coastal village of Applecross when approaching over scenic A896. Note A896 not suitable for large campers & caravans. The site is under the ownership of Clive & Maureen Goldthorpe. It is an open site consisting of mainly grass pitches spread over two camping areas. The facilities block was upgraded during 2006. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer, along with this there is a small drying room.

There are 30 touring pitches for a mix of tents, caravans and motorhomes although not all pitches are suitable for motorhomes. As you can no longer camp at Cliff, this is the nearest option. This site is for tent campers and small campervans only although there are heated wooden wigwams and B&B accomodation also. There is a bar and diner available onsite. The site is on the West Highland Way and also at the start of climb to summit of munro Beinn Chabhair. Level grassed field with great views.

North Ledaig Caravan Park |
This caravan club affiliated site is open to non members. It has one of the best locations on Scotland's west coast, the thirty acre park - which has been awarded the David Bellamy Conservation Award - is situated on a two-mile sand and shingle beach on Ardmucknish Bay where sailing, watersports and safe bathing can be enjoyed. Ardnamurchan Campsite |
Bogha Caol Ard (pronounced bo cool ard) campsite on the edge of Kilchoan has stunning views down the Sound of Mull. It is the only campsite at the western end of the Ardnamurchan Peninsular to have it own toilet and shower facilities. The facilities are in an original stone byre which has recently been renovated.
