Touring pitches for caravans, campers and tents. Non members welcome. Electric hookups. On the shore of the Moray Firth for bird and dolphin spotting. Heading north go though Fortrose and turn down by police house to golf course and leisure centre. Signposted from there.

| Skeld Caravan and Camping Site |
Skeld Caravan and Camping Site is a voluntary run community site. We have 19 caravan/ campervan pitches all with electric hook ups and 15 tent pitches. Lovely flat well kept green grassy area for campers. Great for kids playing on.
Choice of flat hardstanding at one side near the grassy area and the other hard standing overlooking the water and the marina for caravans and motorhomes. Crabs, lobsters and scallops landed at the local pier

Sheltered site for tents. Large grassy field sheltered by trees. Use of public conveniences which have free showers. Shop close by. Also a new community hall in Torridon has just opened 2011
Site is located near to the public conveniences at the entrance to the village of Torridon off the A896. Grid ref NG 905,558. The site is run by Highland Council however Gairloch Leisure Centre is the contact. 01445 712345 after 5pm Weekdays 1000- 1700 on

The campsite is located within a 10 minute walk to the town centre and less than 5 minutes to the local supermarkets.
