We tried this 3 weeks ago for a weekend. Friday night was great. Lovely and quiet. Saturday night a group booking arrived, noise levels really loud up to 3am and the police were called out twice by fellow campers. We left on the Sunday and phoned to complain as I had already booked again for this weekend. I was reassured that this wouldn't happen again and that the culprits were blacklisted from the site. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, we decided not to cancel and try it again. Big mistake. Two tents in particular were partying to well after 3 in the morning. They started there music again on the Saturday night and we'd had enough, packed up and left that night. The site has a quiet hours from 11pm policy and an absolute quiet policy by midnight. What is the point if there are no staff at that time of night to enforce these policies. This could be a great wee site as it is in a lovely spot close to all amenities. Just a shame about the few who spoil it for everybody else.

A well run site. The tent area is extremely flat Show more

A well run site. The tent area is extremely flat and the grass was immaculate in May. The caravan area was very busy and the site feels rather suburban and regimented, but a big site needs to be pretty organised I guess. Toilet block very clean, but showers rather cramped. Easy access to the town along the road or via a riverside walk. Good shops and pubs/restaurants. The highlight was ice-cream and giant meringues on the town square.

This is our first season on site and although we Show more

This is our first season on site and although we have not been up as often as wed have like ,the site is always maintained to the highest standard ...the toilet block is cleaned daily ..although being round the back i would like showering facilities nearer hand..as its a 5min walk to the showers in the morning ...but i have no real gripes as everyone is really pleasant and i look forward to my weekends in Aberfeldy ,
