The site is now OPEN ALL YEAR for camping and tourers offering heated toilet/shower room and an on site cafe which is open each day from 9am till 5 pm.

"This informal, tents-only campsite is a popular and picturesque woodland site suitable for families, walkers and those wanting to experience a short outdoor break in the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.
Camping is available in the central grassed area or at marked loch-side pitches." Please be aware there is no access to water available onsite but ideal for those undertaking the West Highland

| Wild Camping On Harris and Lewis |
There are many great wild camping places on Harris and Lewis. The best pitches tend to be found on the west coast close to small sandy bays. Please treat all with respect and if parking close to homes ask for permission which is generally given. Some areas will not be suitable for dogs given livestock use common grazing.
