We are situated 1 mile south of Carinish village on the main road, A865, through the Southern Isles. The site is positioned overlooking a tidal bay with views of the neighbouring island of Benbecula and also the hills of South Uist. Ideally located for shoreline and moorland walks with several places of historical interest close by with easy access to public transport. Site also includes small bunkhouse with 6 bunks finished to a high standard.

| Port A Bhaigh Am Fuaran Bar Altandhu |
There is now an official site called Port A Bhaigh located on the owners' croft next to the bar accomodating both tents and motorhomes. The campsite can accommodate 42 caravan/motorhomes on level hard stands with 26 of them having electrical hook ups and ample space for 50 tents.
The toilet, shower and laundry block has a very open and airy feel and is available for the site occupants to use 24 hrs, as is the chemical toilet disposal unit.
