Sheigra Wild Camping |
Camping at the small sandy bay is allowed. There are no facilities other than a water pipe near to Sheigra House.

Loch Tummel Caravan Park Ardgualich Farm |
Situated deep in Highland Perthshire this site is conveniently located right next door to the wonderful Queens View. The site nestles on the edge of Loch Tummel offering a great camping experience.
There is a small facilities block onsite.
The Queens View visitors centre offers a small tourist shop and cafe during the summer season.

Rothiemurchus Estate Wild Camping |
Rothiemurchus estates have established two wild camping areas in order to encourage responsible wild camping. The first designated area is at Loch an Eilein next to the car park. Grid Ref NH 897 084. It has a basic toilet block which is open during the summer but may close at other times. Campers should therefore prepare for there being no facilities. This area is open to tent campers and motorhomes.

Sligachan Campsite Skye |
Situated at the head of Loch Sligachan next to the hotel. Seamus bar at the hotel does bar meals and serves real ale. Oldshoremore Camping and Caravan |
The official site at Oldshoremore closed in 2002. This site continues to appear on maps and in Scottish tourist publications. Nearest alternative official sites at Durness and Scourie. We have recently been advised by some visitors to scottishcamping.com that there is a small camping area set between the public conveniences and the shore where wild camping is permitted at a small cost to the local crofter. This picturesque campsite located on the Isle of Skye is right on the shore or Loch Greshornish providing fantastic views. Clachtoll Beach Campsite is a touring caravan and camping site in Sutherland, North West Scotland. It is located 6 miles north of the village of Lochinver. As of 2007 the site offers 12 serviced pitches (water & electric hook-ups) along with the established tent areas. It is advised to book ahead at peak times for the serviced pitches.
