It is a large open site located on the shore of Loch Morlich. 7 miles from Aviemore on the road to the Cairngorm Ski Centre. 220 touring pitches with electric hookups and ample room for tents but book ahead in high season. Glen Nevis provides great facilities in a park that is set within a famous glen known for being the location of several Scottish film sets. At the foot of Ben Nevis and its tourist path the site is popular with walkers, climbers and others involved in outdoor pursuits. Clachtoll Beach Campsite is a touring caravan and camping site in Sutherland, North West Scotland. It is located 6 miles north of the village of Lochinver. As of 2007 the site offers 12 serviced pitches (water & electric hook-ups) along with the established tent areas. It is advised to book ahead at peak times for the serviced pitches.
