By the Way provides a variety of good quality budget accommodation for hillwalkers and climbers, and of course West Highland Way walkers. The site also offers hostel accommodation, European style trekker huts, camping cabins and for those staying a bit longer log cabin and holiday home accommodation. The site also now boasts a brand new motorhome site for motorhomes and touring caravans. By The Way is owned and run by keen walkers who have walked the West Highland Way (several times) and have also climbed most of the Munros in the area. The site has a laundry, a good drying room, an indoor campers kitchen, a bike shelter, a tent drying area and a good supply of blister ointments, plasters and bandages!
