We stayed there, after a full day of cycling around Great Cumbrae, rather unexpectedly. The owner was friendly and after a quick chat told us to stay wherever we wanted, since we were off season. Cleaning facilities were rather old, but in a good condition. 4 toilets and 2 Showers (included in toiletrooms) We woke up after a good night sleep to the sound of nature and horses on a field beside us. A wonderful place to experience your first time ever camping in Scotland Would stay there again.

Our first time camping for years, made very welcome. We turned up unbooked and was accomadated. Stayed 2 nights. Will go back but will phone to book next time.

Spur of the moment descision to go to Largs. We Show more

Spur of the moment descision to go to Largs. We were made very welcome and nothing was a bother for these very friendly and helpful owners and in laws. Facilities very clean but could do with another toilet and a bit bigger showerroom but cleanlieness could not be faltered. We decided to have breakfast in the farmhouse on the Sunday morning we were leaving and it was money well spent, we did not require anything further to eat until early evening. Would recommend this to anyone and we will most certainly be back.
