A good location but the site itself was rather disappointing. There is not very much room for tents, just a strip of grass at the edge of the hardstanding areas. The ground is poorly drained so tents have to squeeze up together on the drier parts. It is much more suitable for caravans and campervans. Toilet/shower facilities clean but ladies' showers didn't work properly. Views are lovely. Great food nearby at the hotel up the road.

Nice clean friendly site in spectacular scenery. Upgraded shower block is clean, tidy and lovely hot water. Wild goats and deer joined us for tea! Pitches level, well spaced apart.

Didn't look much from the road, but when you Show more

Didn't look much from the road, but when you get onto the site you feel right in the middle of the mountains - because you are. Toilet and shower block could probably do with an upgrade - there once was a washing machine but there isn't now, and the showers were a bit feeble - but you have the shop at hand and the cafe if it's foul weather, and all you have to do is go through the gate at the top of the site and straight up into the hills. Level pitches, mostly hard standing with hookups but with plenty of space for tents. All in all a good site for a few days in a really beautiful area, with fewer people and vans than the site in Morvich.
