Ce camping correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. J'y ai séjourné 5 fois depuis 2006. A chaque fois le même plaisir. Situation idéale avec commerces et pub à 15 minutes à pied. vue sur Scapaflow. Seul problème: peut être venteux et le nombre de place est limite à la haute saison.

The site wasn't as good this year as in Show more

The site wasn't as good this year as in previous years. Our high rating for kid's facilities might surprise some, but for us the space to fly a kite and the chance to explore the shoreline and fish for crabs was as good as ever and we like the sites without 'play areas'. The slightly disorganised approach this year had turned into total lack of management and that was disappointing. The appearance of the warden on a more regular basis to help folk find spaces etc would be good.

Wonderful setting.Stayed for three weeks in May 08 Show more

Wonderful setting.Stayed for three weeks in May 08 which coincided with the driest May on record. There is a new warden who is friendly and helpful. When the site is busy (as during the folk festival week) the toilet/shower facilites are overwhelmed and could do with some extra cleaning and I have written to Orkney Council suggesting this improvement.These facilities are also open to the general public so do have a lot of use. Otherwise a great site and very handy for Stromness and the archaeological sites on Orkney
