We had a brilliant stay in our tent here. The location of the site is great and our kids loved the open space to run around in. The field for the tent is right at the end of the campsite so you feel quite private from all the statics and the view down to the sea and over to Dunskey Castle is fantastice.
The toilet block is very clean and cosy and we had plenty of hot water.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful with advice on local places to visit.
The walk along to Portpatrick is lovely - there are a number of shops to browse in and the small beach is reasonably clean. The pubs are friendly and serve good food.
We would definitely return for another visit.
