Tranquillity is the keynote. Great place to get away from it all and relax, but also handy location for ascent of Cairnsmore of Fleet from Palnure (30 mins from site). No dedicated motorhome waste point, but services otherwise good. Access signposted from A 75 and good by single track roads from B7027 or Glenluce, but avoid B7027 north of Knowe (southern section OK).
