Stayed on this campsite last week for two nights as we wanted to explore a different part of Mull this time, and be near to the ferry over to Ardnamurchen afterwards. This site is the only one in the area near to the famous "Balamory" and so there wasn't a choice. We hadn't booked so were in the first small field which, as a previous camper said, became a bit crowded as more and more tents came on. There was plenty of space in the back field but now I know that area was for people who had pre-booked. The facilities were O.K. - one toilet and one washbasin for women in the front field, ditto for men, and a lovely shower, toilet and washbasin for women (ditto for men) in the back field. Washing up sinks were at the rear of the front field building but the roof was still under construction. However, generally it was a pleasant enough site and we would stay there again if we were needing a stop-over.
