The park is an attractive and exceptionally well-maintained park right in the heart of Braveheart Country. This friendly and scenic park is overlooked by the dramatic Wallace Monument while the Ochil Hills dramatically ascend from the rear of the park and stretch eastward as far as the eye can see. The park is a family run business by the Stephen family. Both caravanners and campers are welcome. Facilities are excellent with heated toilet and shower block.Dogs on a lead are welcome and there is a ?Dog? wood set aside for their exercise. On a practical front there are hard standing pitches, electrical hook-up points and chemical toilet disposal facilities available. Life is made more comfortable by the provision of a well-equipped laundry room, dish washing facilities and a vegetable preparation area. Located 3 miles out of Stirling. From M9 Junct 9 take A91 then onto the Hillfoots Road.

Witches Craig Caravan and Camping Site Fantastic stay at Witches Craig (27 Aug for 5 nights). Great location, on bus route for Stirling and Outlet Shopping. No onsite shop but could order milk, rolls & newspapers for the next day. Hard standing pitches were excellent with plenty of space between each pitch. Toilet & shower facilities were spotless, could possibly do with a small block for tent field as was a bit of a walk for them if you were pitched at bottom end of field. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bollinis (fish & chips) delivered to the site and the ice cream van on Sat night was popular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and have since recommended site to friends. Witches Craig Caravan and Camping Site We spent a night here (18.-19.07.10) and we loved it! After four weeks on the road in Scotland, we had a warm welcome by Elin:) And to our surprise, she was half norwegian! The kids had a fun stay with lots of kids from different parts of Scotland (football unites across language differences :) ). The showerblock was very clean, hot water (finally a place with real hot water!) and good water pressure. The dishwashingroom was also very clean. The site it self is beautiful, with nice grassareas for tents and pink gravel for caravans. Spacious place, well lit up at night...we had such a great stay here! The prices were low compared to sites with much worse fascilities. Witches Craig Caravan and Camping Site The showers and toilets were immaculate and heated, complete with an excellent hair dryer, which is very important if you want to avoid frezzing to death in a tent due to wet hair! There is also a fridge and feezer which we used and all of our items were still there when we returned for them. The ground was ideal for pitching with no stones and excellent drainage. Although the site was busy there was still plenty of room to have your own space and there's plenty of room for children to play without them getting in anyone's way. Depending on whereabouts you pitch you will either be very sheltered from the wind or directly in its path, so wind breaks are a good idea. The noise from the main road is however rather wearing after a while, even camped at the far end of the site we were disturbed by this, despite being city dwellers. Overall a good site that is well maintained and cares as much about tents as caravans, which is refreshing. Very nice other campers here too. Very well maintained site Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and found the campsite to be extremely well maintained, with very good facilities (We were even asked if we wanted milk ar a newspaper in the morning!) The tent area is quite far from the toilet block, but is lovely and flat, and the play area for the kids is large and well separated from traffic etc. A little pricier than some, but worth it for the care and pride the owners obviously take in running a good site. I was also impressed by existence of recycle bins, and the book exchange facility they offer.
