Maragowan Caravan Club Site

The site is an ideal family holiday base, set on one bank of the River Lochay, and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of the little holiday town of Killin. There is a 9-hole golf course 0.25m away or you can fish for trout (free) in the river on site without a permit; (paddling, swimming or boating are not advised as water levels can change rapidly and without warning). There are water sports centres at both Lochearnhead and at Kenmore on Loch Tay, and small boats can be launched into Loch Tay. Walkers will find plenty to challenge them with Munros, Corbetts and pleasant hill walks within a few miles of the site. Cycling routes, including the National Cycle Route 7 and the Rob Roy Way, are in close proximity and mountain bikes can be hired in the village of Killin. 8.5 acre touring site. NO TENTS.
