I can't see how this campsite is rated 5*. We have been around Scotland camping and been to many that are so much better with a lesser rating.
The toilet block is currently being refurbished but there was no hot water, they were cold and not very clean.
The well stocked shop? It was ok wouldn't say well stocked.
The childrens area - a small play park.
The overall location is lovely and the tent pitches are nice and flat. It also very quiet and tranquil.
There were nice walks around the site.
The village is a 2 mile walk away (40 mins), great but when we got there the hotel was closed.
