We camped in our small tent on a rather wet weekend in May. Facilities clean and well maintained (but they need some more/better placed hooks in the toilet block and there is only one washing up sink for the whole site).
We last camped here in summer 2004, admittedly a long time ago, and it has changed in character a lot since then. There are many more hard stands and many more touring caravans on site for the full season. I counted roughly 70 caravans of which maybe one quarter to one third were occupied. So the site looks full even when it's not. The photo of their website of tents beside the long green fence is out of date, this area is now all hard stands for caravans. We were put in the 'Rally field' where there is no electric. We had it all to ourselves which was great, I can't fault our field - good grass coverage, soft ground, ideal for playing frisbee/ball etc.
I wouldn't visit again though - we prefer a site with a turnover of visitors not the permanent / full season type. The site also has static caravans up on the hill overlooking the tourer site.
