Roseland Caravan Park is situated on Canada Hill overlooking the town of Rathsay. It is the only official site on the island and caters for tents, motorhomes and touring caravans. There are in total 20 touring and 50 static caravan pitches. The site offers showers and toilets, a dish washing area, chemical waste disposal, electric hook-ups and recycling facilities. In 2007 changed from accepting tourers to static holiday homes only. Quiet site located on outskirts of Kirkcaldy and also situated within easy reach of Edinburgh and Dundee by rail or road. Contact Andrew Young.
The park is on the edge of Dunnikier Public Park, which has attractive parkland and woodland walks. Fife's famous golf courses are a short drive away.
