Stayed here with our 3.5 yr old son and two big dogs. Had an amazing time. Immaculately clean toilet block with excellent facilities. If you have dogs you will love the forest walk which is vary large if you want a long walk. Large pitches which don't overlook each other with grassy areas inside a 'B' sort of shaped site. Situated only 5 minutes from Culloden battlefield visitor centre which is well worth a visit. Had a lovely meal there and there was a crafty pirate area that entertained son for 40 minutes easily. Play area has no swings which is brilliant (no worries about them knocking each other out) and is very adventurous. States it's for over 5s but our youngster managed fine. Really quiet location in beautiful surroundings. Nearest shop only 10 mins by car and is huge Tesco extra with adjoining Dobbies located next to a retail park (Inshes, Inverness). Can't say I found any negatives. Must go!

Have stayed at this site on 3 diffrent occasions and have enjoyed each visit. The toilets are kept clean and I like the individual wash rooms for a shave and quick wash.There are ample showers which also have stools. The nearest shopping area is Tesco's in Inverness. It would be helpful if the site shop sold morning papers and bread or rolls, these I am sure could be ordered the day before. The only negative thing is that some of the pitches require an extra long cable to the electric point.

My wife and I stayed at this site in September for Show more

My wife and I stayed at this site in September for 4 nights. I felt the site was really well kept and clean. We were able to choose our pitch which seems to make our stay more comfortable. The staff were helpfull. First thing in the morning, it would have been nice to have been able to purchase a newspaper and rolls without having to travel into Inverness. We both enjoyed our stay and the site is on our list of places to go.
